As some of you know, I held a few SQ comps last year. If a had a USACi SQ soundoff, and the entry was $20...Would you pay $25 addition for IASCA event? You would get judged in 2 different formats.

For me, I doubt it. I'm only interested in competing in 1 organization and that would be the one with the most competitions that are the nearest to me. I joined IASCA again last June and competed in 4 IASCA comps that were local. I did one USAC event because it was the biggest show in BC (Kelowna) but I didn't have much interest to join USAC. I need only join 1 organization a year.

Hmmmm, so how many people from the mainland would spend the quid to come to the island for a event or 2 or 4 every year. Ferry charges are a beyatch, count on about $120.00 each time. Solve this issue and I might consider it. Other than that, my captive audience could care less about shows.

hm - biggest drawback for me personally would be the TIME it would take to judge the cars twice. Is hotel lodging included?
And no way could a set of judges score both formats at the same time.. |
there will be an event in victoria...

Chances of me actually holding a event whilst finishing reno's to the store, doing business and selling it in the next 2 - 6 months is slim to none unfortunately. You never know though.

i am registered in both formats for this yr already, so ya if i can get a car i would be into going into both events.
