SQ Subwoofer Comparison

Since I already have my front speakers set up, I had no bass and i needed a temporary setup. I had an orion xtr lying around so i went to my local shop, got a prefab sealed box, and a cheap fosgate amp running about 600 rms. However, this was just to have bass rather than nothing, and now i'm ready to get an sql build going in the back, with a new sub, a custom box built to specs, and a new, more powerful sq amp.

I've been considering the adire brahma since a lot of ppl talk about it's sound quality and the ability to get loud. I also checked out the IDMAX, however some audio shops say its not that good and all that. Recently I found a JL W7 13.5" for a good price on OfferUp, so I was wondering how these compare.

I used to have a Treo SSp, and it hit lows like crazy, I'm just not satisfied with this cheap Orion since it doesn't hit the same notes. And once you buy a sub u usually can't return it, so I want to go for the ideal sub before I make a custom box for it. I just need something that's over 600-700 RMS, hits all the frequencies, can get real low, and have the best sq and no distortion. Also if you can recommend an amp to power the sub, thanks.

Car: 2010 Mustang Coupe
Head Unit: Stock
Front: Treo TSX Components
Amp: Treo 4-Channel (i forgot the model)
Back Speakers: Stock
Subwoofer: Orion XTR Pro 12" (in a prefab sealed box)
4 gauge wiring (temporary)
Amp: Rockford Fosgate Prime R500X1D
