System layout ?

Hi guys, new guy here! I have a few questions about layout of my new system. Hopefully my setup is in my sig. Anyway, this one might be a little bit more difficult than most. See I recently bought a house and I told them id take it if they threw the car in that was siting in the garage. Long story short I got the house and the car. Its a 1988 Olds Custom Cruiser station wagon. Its also in prestine condition. I was really just kidding about it, but they were moving and couldnt take it anyway. So I now park my giant Dually Dodge diesel most of the time and drive the wagon. I take it mostly to work and use it to take my wife and daughter to the beach. Laying the rear seat down provides plenty of room for surf/boogy boards and I dont care if it gets sand etc in it. So this layout will really need to not take up any space. Also because its a giant wagon, it has tons of huge windows and theft is a big concern.
So fast forward to the other day when I bought the system used from a respectable adult and clearly had no abuse. He bought and had the system installed, and then after I bought it, uninstalled by the local Soundcrafter shop. Stole this stuff really!
So the questions I have are, where would be a better place for the seperates? The door (which has very little room on it that isnt taken up by the huge armrest) or the kicks? Is it commonly known which is the better place? I should mention before I go any further, because this is a wagon, replacement parts are impossible to find, so I would like to keep damage to a minimum. Not sure how long I will be keeping it, so id like to be able to put it back to stock without too much trouble.
If I had my way I would have bought new 5 1/4" drivers to make placement a bit easier, but since I bought used, 6.5's is what I have to work with. And I am looking more for SQ than SPL. I did also get a Stealthbox that was built for a Nissan Maxima, but I should be able to make it work, but building or buying a different box isnt out of the question. The car has spots for the 6x9's in the back on each side that face the front. So my only unknowns are where to put the sperates and the sub. I will need to post some pics for anyone to help with the sub placement (and amps/cap), so we will get to that later. What are your thoughts?
