Time alignment Front only ok?

Hello
Time allignment front only or do you need rears also?
I have played a bit with time allignment in the past but some recommendations would be helpfull. I am considering a front only time allignment to expand my soundstage. Is this ok or do I really need to include the rears (mounted low in door) . What about the sub?
The plan is for separatefront midbass (low in door) and tweeter (sail or A pilar) time alignment with electronic crossovers
thanks

Rears are unneccesary. It's nice to be able to include the sub in with the time alignment if possible.

i was wondering the same exact thing, just wasnt sure if it was far enough away to matter back there..

That is exactly the problem - the woofer is significantly farther away than the front end. The general process is to delay the entire front end so that the bass arrives at the same time. I guess technically you're not actually using time delay on the sub, but you are including it in the overall tuning.

and what bout separate TA for tweeter and midwoof? is it critical?

Not if you are using a coincident source driver. If not, then yes.
