Hi,

I just got installed tweeters in my vehicle and the weirdest thing is happening. When the day lights are on (doesn't happen when night car lights are running on when hand break is engaged (this means no lights at all)) the tweeters hiss and show like interferance. All grounds are OK and haven't been able to find the problem. Before I just had 4 infinity kappa speakers powered by a 700W blaupunkt amp. I just complemented the speakers with tweeters but now I have hissing a noise only during the day when day lights a running.

Any ideas on how to find the root cause of this problem are greatly appreciated.

 

just 1 side or both sides doing it equally?

 

Could be a lot of things............... wire routing, grounding, amplification issues................ the car. Is it just the tweeters ??

IF it becomes unsolvable, easiest thing to do is sell the car !!!
