Hey im new here ...
i just got 2 Infinity Perfect10.1's and am so far very pleased with them ... I have them hooked up to a 600 watt jbl amp *yeah i know theyre being underpowered* I just want to know what you guys would suggest I should power them with ... I am going for a SQ sound I like the clean sound ... so what amp and deck combo would be best suited for my subs

I dont think you are underpowering them as they dont get very loud in the first place.
Amp for sq.. hum.
I would think a class AB amp would be nice. You would need a big one that will run at 2 ohm bridged (700 watts) assuming they are single 4 ohms.
On the other hand, some dont like running amps under 4 ohms due to the lowering dampening factor < dont know how valid that comment is though.
Monoblocks sound "dry to me" so I ported my 12.1`s
sounds better imo and handles a bit more power.
I guess you have to try and see for yourself.

Nothing wrong with underpowering a sub provided the gain is set properly thus keeping the signal from being clipped. Sq is going to be box related more than amp related. There are very few 2 channel class AB amplifiers that are stable to 2 ohm mono. There are a couple class AB 2 ohm mono amps on the market, after that due to design, efficiency, $ etc., 99% of them move to a class D design.
The overall tonal response of your system will be controlled by the cd player and the speakers used, much more so than the amplfier chosen. A good speaker installed in the correct position used properly will always deliver good sound. That said though, even the best speakers in the world will only reproduce what they are given.
While I notice you are in the same city as I am, maybe you will come in, maybe you already have. I will not respond directly on site with definite recommendations unless spefically asked. Advice is always free for those that want it.
