I have to do a head unit/nav in an 05 Cobalt SS

It has the "Pioneer" stereo in it.
What harness do I need for it?
I have the dash kit.

I need to turn on the factory amp, I cant seem to find the amp or the turn-on for the amp.

Any help would be great, Thanks.

 

CHECK for a pink or light green wire, this is suposed to be the amp turn on. Not trying to insult but you do know that is more than likely a class 2 data system, wich if i remember corectly needs a lan harness.

 

I'd recommend getting the proper interface. Soundgate and PAC make interfaces that are very vehicle specific. Talk to them about the install you're planning and the options you want. Do you have onstar? Do you want to keep steering wheels controls? Are you installing amps and speaker? etc., etc.
