Well I've decide to go with 3 kicker c-10's and I'm not sure if I can load the kicker amp down to 1.3ohms. rated for 750 @ 2 ohms, so should I get 3-8ohm subs and load down to 2.6, or do you think it can handle the 1.3?

 

If its 1 ohm stable, then yes, if not, then I doubt it.

well . . . you're the one with the owners manual. Find out if it is 1 ohm stable. 750@ 2ohms means that it is 2 ohm stable, but doesn't say anything about 1 ohm. Look through the manual and if it doesn't say that it is 1 ohm stable then it likely isn't and it would be in your best interest to get three 8 ohm.
