2 batterys one blue one red

i have a blue top under the hood now and i am getting a red top i am guessing that i should put the red top under the hood blue top in the back

yes. dont kill the red one ever. my boody did and after about 3 times of killing and echarging it, it kicked the bucket. but why buy a red top. get a yellow
