I'm building a box for my 2004 Quad Cab now. I should have it done by this weekend if all goes well, less the outside finish. It replaces the upper half of the drivers side rear seat and houses two DD9510's. It has been an incredible amount of work and ended up being a very complex box. The baffle is triple 3/4" mdf and every inside turn in the box is 45 degree cross brased. I'll post pics of the build in next couple of days.

3/4 is perfect, just make sure it is sealed well with lots of glue and screws.

This box replaces the upper half of the drivers side rear seat. The portion you see on the bottom fits behind the seat and isn't seen when the box is in the truck. Once I get enough snow cleared out of the driveway, this sucker is going in. I'm powering it with a 4kw Visonik.
