Hey guys, i have been stuck on this car for quite some time now, 2008 Accord with oem head-unit, oem navigation and premium 7 speaker sound system. We installed and aftermarket amplifier for the front speakers, amplifier for the 2 12" subs and a cache cloc-d line level converter. The bass sounds great, the rear speakers running off the factory amplifier sound great, the aftermarket speakers in the front doors sound terrible that are running off an aftermarket amplifier!!!!! This is the problem, after mid volume, they sound very distorted. I have replaced amps, line level converters, if have used different input source, coming from the oem head-unit and from the oem amplifier-same thing! I need to use the front outputs because of the oem navigation, and if i use the rear outputs, the signal dies down as i increase the volume?!?!? Has anybody experienced this and has a solution to help me out with??? I have reconnect the factory amp to the front speakers and i'm still getting distortion, could it be that the output on the head-unit is fried?
