Was wondering how you get them out..since it has that security crap lol, any have any experience with this type of thing?

(1) Remove Dash.
(2) Remove Deck.

No you don't have to remove the dash

just open the glove box remove those screws and then the stock tape deck

not like the Cavailer where the top dash does have to be removed

Yep, open glovebox and unscrew the two screws you see holding the trim piece on (there's only two). One done and the trim piece is taken away the deck should be easy to see that there are only the four screws left holding it there. Unscrew those and you're ready for new gear to go in.
