99 4runner door panel removal
 

just wondering if anyone knew how and could explain how it get it off? I saw one screw and was going to start pulling from the bottomg but if anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it big time.

There's generally a few screws that hold on the door handle or the other hard plastic pieces on the panel. Those need to come off.
Getting a clip remover and using that would be the easiest way from that point I'd guess. I got mine from CDN tire. Looks like a screwdriver with a split and upturned end.
We used to skip using one and just pry and yank the panels off, worked great for breaking clips and causing rattles!!!

I start at the top of the panel, gently pull the edge to feel approx. where the nearest clip is. Insert clip puller and pry the first clip out.
From there it just a matter of peeking inside to find the next clip.
If you do break/bend some, they sell them at CDN tire too. ;)

I know there is one screw in the door handle but I couldn't seen any room to fit a panel popper. I've found with doors its often you take out whatever screws you find and pull, but I don't work on fancy cars so I might be wrong. The panel itself seems ready to come off with some pulling so thats what we're gonna do
