Adding a Center Channel

Hey there, i'm new here and looking for a couple answers.

'86 Dodge AriesK
alpine cda-7894
clarion 3.5" (front)
pioneer 5x7"(rear)
2 x pioneer 10" impp350
Directed 250d

just to list what we have to work with.

I want to add a center channel to help out with imaging.

1. Possible to do with the deck or just add a second amp?
2. Should it be dead center? (have a spot for a speaker (4x6 is believe), just not in the center) if not, a way to correct any issues?

any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advanced.

You have a modest system in a modest car. To do the install correctly it might just cost more than the entire stereo you have.

I would recommend a comp set up front with a real 5 or 6 inch mid-bass, and quality tweeters with a good passive x-over to replace the 3" driver. That should improve the sound dramatically without doubling the cost of the K car. As I remember the K car didn't sound all that bad
