Went in and they tuned up everything and checked out all the wiring. To my surprise they said nothing major was wrong, just fix a connection or two, remounted my amp, and fixed the holes in my enclosure. All this for $70 bucks (1 hour labor) Very pleased. Sound is much better.

Next step is to install the crossovers and tweeters if I so choose so. I also went over a few things about overall quality in my setup and what I could do for better sound.
While the sound is much better now it still lacks POWER which is what I want out of a car audio system. Keep in mind I already give 75watts x 4 @ 2 ohms to my infinity speakers

So they let me listen to a few options. (He cranked the volume so I am going back next week so I can control the volume where I listen to it for a better idea of what I would hear)

My New Config(I made myself):
SUB: JL Audio 12W3v3-2 = $280
AMP(Mono): Alpine MRX-M55 = $200
AMP(2CH): JL Audio JX360/2 = $180 (Buy two of them)
Enclosure: Sealed = $Already owned
Install Tweeters and Crossovers
Labor = $180
Total = $1020

Radio Doctor #1:
SUB: Memphis M Class (12") DVC (wired to 2Ohms) = $230
Enclosure: Memphis PE1 12: Vented Box = $150
AMP: Kicker DX600.5 (Already Owned) = $FREE
Speakers: Morel MAXIMO 6" Components = $200
Speakers: Infinity Kappa 9 6x9" Rear = $Already Owned
Labor = $180 (3 hours Labor)
Total = $820

Radio Doctor #2:
SUB: Memphis M Class (12") DVC (Wired t o2Ohms) =$280
Enclosure: Memphis PE1 12" Vented Box =$150
AMP: Kicker DX600.5 = $Already Owned
Speakers: Alumapro ALC6.2 6" Components =$500
Speakers: Infinity Kappa 9 6x9" rear = $Already Owned
Labor = $180
Total = $1135

Radio Doctor #3:
SUB: Memphis M Class (12") DVC (Wired to 2Ohms) = $280
Enclosure: Memphis PE1 12" Vented Box =$150
AMP: Kicker DX600.5 (AMP2 Turned off, running rears, and sub only) =$Already Owned
Speakers: Morel Virtus 602 Components =$600
Speakers: Infinity Kappa 9 6x9 Rears = $Already Owned
AMP: JL Audio JX360/2 (Running front speakers) =$180
Labor = $180 (3 Hours)
Total = $1410

So the most realistic choices are the first two as the money I get from selling my unused Laptop ($850 - $1000) will be what I have readily able to spend.
Radio Doctor 3 is the best but expensive and I prob will not get the cash to do that.
Radio Doctor 1 is it really worth it to throw out my infinity fronts for this?
Radio Doctor 2 sounds good (expensive) but I worry about since the speakers and tweeters are aluminum my sound will get metallic and twangy.
Radio Doctor 1,2,3 I can always knock off $150 bucks and install the sub in my owned sealed enclosure.
I am still considering a set of JL Audio C3-600 Component speakers as well = $430
Radio Doctor say they do not care if I buy from them or not as they will be my installers no matter what I choose. If do buy from them my warranty is through them instead of me going to the manufacturer directly if I do not buy parts from them.

If this was you wanting to figure out the best course of action.... what would you do?

sorry I didnt get back to you sooner. My recommendation would still be to buy any future products from them, if needed. What I would do is go for the memphis sub, and add the tweeters and crossovers. See how it sounds then. If it's still not up to snuff consider getting more power for the front speakers and possibly replacing them as well.

Its all good! No Worries! We all have our lives to attend to!
It is mainly what I am going to do. I have decide today that after an extensive listening session with them to do what you suggested.

Ultimately I will do this,

First Pass Upgrade:
Memphis M5 600watt 12" DVC Sub = $350
Memphis PE1 12" Vented Box = $150
Buy a mono amp through them or get an Alpine PDR-M65 amp. = ~$400
Install Tweeters and Crossovers.
Labor = ~#130

It was an amazing treat listening to a Memphis M5 Sub I can't wait to get it in my car! I hope it just doesn't rattle my car apart! Stupid low build quality GM! xD
If it becomes needed then the front speakers and speakers amps will become the next items centered for upgrading.

Alright here is my list of two possibilities that have a branch or two off of them. I am super leaning towards one of them and I will find out 100% tomorrow when I revisit Radio Doctor to finalize questions mainly about the sub and sound deadening which I will show in detail. Both places are in Madison, WI

Radio Doctor
Memphis M5 12" DVC 4 Ohms sub = $350
Memphis PE1 Vented Box = $150
0 Gauge Power/Ground wire(6FT) = $36
Stinger 4Gauge Power/Ground(3FT) = $12
Stinger Disto Block = $26
Memphis RCA's 6 channel = $50
2 x Memphis MJM Kit (17-MJMBK, 5 18"x32" 2mm sheets) = $50 (not sure why this quote is extremely cheap vs retail)
Alpine MRX110 mono amp = $400 (just got it today!)
Kicker DX600.5 amp for speakers(Sub gain @ 0%) = Already Own
Install crossovers and Tweeters = Included in Labor
Custom Amp mounting rack (Space for two amps in trunk)= Included in Wiring Price
Labor (~4 hours@$65/hr) = $240
SUB-TOTAL = $1400
This is my first pass of upgrades. This next pass I need to continue to save for the next few months.

JL Audio C5-650 Speakers (Front set only) = $500 (buy this from AMS or JL directly)
Infinity Kappa 6x9" Rears = Already owned. Either amp them or wire to deck for supplemental sound only
**4 Channel or 2 Channel AMP = ~$400** (** = See notes below) (Replaces Kicker amp)
Labor (2hours @ $65/hr) = $130
Speaker Wire = N/A Must inquire.... planning $75 for it Fronts only
SUB-TOTAL = $1105

GRAND TOTAL = $2505

AMS
JL Audio C5-650 fronts only speakers = $500
JL Audio XD1000/5v2 = $800 (75watts x 4 @ 4ohms + 600watts x 1 @ 4ohms)
JL Audio W6v3 sub + JL audio enclosure = $750
Dynmat Sound Deadening Front doors and Trunk = $330
4 Channel RCAs Non specified Brand = $36
Labor (Flat rates) = $400

GRAND TOTAL = $2816

** Notes: I am not sure what to do about the second amp when time comes. If I should do a 2 channel and amp just the front JL C5's and wire my infinity rears to the deck for supplemental sound or buy a 4 channel and amp both sets. Thinking of atm getting a Alpine MRX F65 amp that gives 110watts x4 @ 4 ohms and turn the gains down to bring power levels down to the 75 watts the JL C5's want. or buy a Alpine PDX PDX M6 which gives 85 watts x 4 @ 4 ohms (this is ~$100 more).

After typing this all out I have made my obvious decision to stick with Radio Doctor with the quote they gave me it appears they are willing to help me out BIG TIME with costs especially with sound deadening which I will double check this price since retail is >$200
GRAND TOTAL =

Yes everything is figured and its all being installed today!! I can't wait!! My setup will consist of this,

Sub: Memphis M5 12" DVC 600watt RMS
Box: Memphis PE1 vented
Amp: Alpine MRX-M65 mono amp
Amp: Pioneer Stage 4 PRS-D4200F (75wattsx4 @ 4 ohms, 150wattsx4 @ 2 ohms)
Speakers: Infinity Kappa 9 (Already owned) Installing tweeters and Crossovers
Deck: Pioneer DEH-80PRS (Already Owned)

Replacing the RCAs, Fuse holder and adding 100amp fuse. 0 gauge wire to a Stinger Distro Block with 4 gauge to the amps. They are also building a simple mounting shelf (can't think of the correct term grrr) for the amps in my trunk.

Here are them pics! The only issues I am having now is My front tweeters are over dominate and my mids sound very muffled. If I push all sound to the rear the mids come out but I have no highs. I have my sound 1/4 front 3/4 rear to at least balance it out but it still sounds muffled. I don't know if its a bad connection or just how a Class D amp sounds. Otherwise everything else is super!

If it's these guys you should have an adjustment on the crossover to tone them down.

Yup I told the guy at the counter to due that. It may not have reached the installer tho. I'll ask them to do it when I revisit next week.
After a bit more investigating I either have a channel out on the amp or the forgot to hook up my mids to the crossovers. It almost sounds like they hooked my front mids up to my deck. I have some sounds coming from them but barely and the deck amp is turned off so that would be a logically explanation.
