Alpine SPX-17PRO .. 3 BURN what happened ?
 

I have go at an installer shop near my house to Install 2 Set of Alpine SPX-17PRO + ALPINE PDX 4.150 AMP .. And 3 of my 4 tweater have burn in the same day ... ! Did you guys know what have happened in there ?! My car is at the installer shop right now ... And when i have installed it they said they have never installed the kit b4 .. And i think they dont put the Jumper that come with this kit.. For the distance between the Tweater and the Speaker .. I need someone to tell me what goes wrong in there ?! And what should i do ! :O

Yes they were plug on the X over.. And 3 blow out of 4 in like 20 minutes after i installed it ..

you turned it to loud and blew them up....this was a common problem with that tweeter......they didnt like to play loud at all,,,,,,

But i mean wtf what should i do now ?!

i suggest turning it down....there isnt alot you can do besides getting new speakers....the alpine speakers you have just cant take much abuse......

The guys that have installed that just contact me and said he have contact the ALPINE REP and he can have Tweeter for replacement 40$ Each

I would replace all 4, chances are the last one is not that far behind the original 3 in failing as well.

This what i gonna do .. But what i should do to not blow the out again ?
