Would anybody know off hand if the wire harness on a w200 is the same as the one used on the w505?

Just so everyone knows, it is the same harness. They also share the same "sleeve" (not sure what the official name is). I triple checked the wiring before swapping the decks and once hooked up it works perfectly.

Just curious...where did you buy your w505? I am in the market for one

 

Went to 2001 audio/video. Got fed up of everyone saying they could get it for X-Y-Z. 2001 is pretty good in the sense that they can be very flexible with their prices. You just have to ask.
