Bass Boost knob, Worth installing?

I got a bass boost knob with my new MTX amp, Is it really worth installing?

I've never used one of these and I things and I'm not sure if it's worth installing.

Suggestions?

Why wouldn't it be worth installing?

Does it just increase the gain without having to adjust it on the amp?

yes....yes, it's worth installing.

Ya that's all it does but it's amazing. A little better then playing with settings on head unit don't you think? Also you can control your gain from the drivers seat to talk to someone. Anyways Darin you should just install that amp yourself it's easy and cheaper that way
