Thanks johnvroom! I'm not much when it comes to sq or really intense audio theory, but when it comes to custom installs my head is full of useful info. Hope it helped!

When I had built my box I had wanted to mimick the back of the Mini. I was told that MDF can't be bent and keep it's strenght. So I had bend 3/4 plexi but that's another story in it's self.

LOL, I have a video somewhere of a buddy of mine trying to break a 3/4" piece that was bent. He wasn't able to do it without standing on it, and he is not a small man at all!

I think anyone will be very surprised at the final strenth using just glue. As a single layer of glass to make it insanely strong.
