Best material for the job?

I'm going to do a false floor setup in my trunk and I need opinions on what material to cover it with. I want something that's easy to work with, not too expensive and is easy to clean. The floor will have 3 fairly large holes in it for the sub and 2 amps so the material will have to be folded over the edge and glued/stapled on the backside.

Carpet?
Suede?
Vinyl?

Thanks for the help.

Perhaps I'm simple, but I prefer working with carpet - it's fairly cheap, easy to work with, easy to clean and you can often match it to your interior. Cheers.

In my car, the trunk is all vinyle with accents of wood, lexan and a few other products. But I made a carpet cover so that I could still use my trunk.

Carpet is probly the easiest, but vinyl can look great too, if you take your time and do it nicely. This year, I'm going for hardwood..., Picked up some nice red oak from work
