Question crossover

i have a 2006 pontiac pursuit and got best buy to put in two 10 inch subs with rockford amp (which i believe has crossover). But another thing i believe is that they stupidly put another crossover somewhere because when i hooked my other amp to output only low bass frequencies come out of them. so i have a question does anyone know where they would have put the crossover, what it looks like, and how do i take apart the dash to get at the crossover so i can wire around it and take it out.

option number two is buy a line level converter so i can hook up back wires (where old 6 by 9's were) to the amp through there so everything works good (but this also is a possibility for two future speakers so i dont want to use that option yet.

this is a factory deck

Please help me.

The amp preout will more than likely be at the same crossover point!

If its a factory deck and they hooked up a sub amp, then you probably already have a LOC. And depending on what they used, some of them have sub pre-outs as well as front and rear.
Your installer will know what they did, ask him.
