Crossovers & Speaker Length.

I'll have to think about the Active setup, But right now I need to start saving for a 4 channel amp. I just got a new job too so that will help.
I'm also thinking about placing the Crossovers inside the card instead of inside the doors once I have the amp installed, This should save it from the screws rusting and whatever else can rust...
