anyone know the proper way to cut this stuff???

Unless I am having a brainfart it is my understanding that you cannot cut tempered glass at all. If attempted you will have a pile of little glass bits after the window crumbles..

You need untempered plate glass.

thats what i thought also.. i just had a pile of new sheets given to me .. just was tryng to figure out what to do with it..

I think you're right dukk, I remember hearing somewhere that it has to be cut before it's tempered.. Could be wrong though. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I think the rule is Laminated Glass can be cut, but tempered cannot be cut. It is cut and then tempered.
I managed to change the shape of tempered glass before letting the corner of it "touch" the ground. This is when I saw grains of glass everywhere.

they should make tempered beer bottles, just to prevent bar fights.
