Hey guys,
I installed two 12" MTX terminators with an Alpine mrp-m450 amp. I got them to work but it distorts at moderate volume level. I youtubed adjusting gain with a dmm but I'm not even getting 1V on my speaker output when the head unit is at 80% volume with a 50Hz sine wave playing. What could be the issue?

 

could be the music. mp3 shitty recording could do it. bad rca. or bad amp. or deffective subs. start with a good cd. if not change the rca. if not switch amp to see.. and if that doest work its the subs
