So are You saying that is better to just leave it so the whole door becomes one big box? instead of creating the actual box for the drivers? Wouldn't that be waaaay too large from "optimal size"??

Exactly... some drivers are ment to work best in a big box like the door.

So why when I see some of the professional installs for SQ they build everything behind the speaker out of fiberglass? And even weight it with led to make it heavier so it will have less resonance?

All drivers are different and work in different scenarios. One will work best in a small sealed box, one will work best in a larger ported, one will work best in a box so big that it is almost like it wasn't in a box (Infinite baffle (also known as IB). It all depends on your system choice and how far you are willing to go for the absolute best sound and of course how much cash.

I thought this mostly apply to big woofer and subwoofers.... soon I will be hearing that I need Band Pass for my tweets....... If every speaker is different,, why all of them sound better when the doors are sealed by the deadner? As far as i know, smaller box is better for higher frequencies... then 100Hz up should be pretty damn good for a small sealed and not a IB.... correct me if I'm wrong here....

If the door is not sealed, you get cancelation, basically the back wave from the speaker cancels out some of the front wave. The goal is to seperate the waves.

If you guys will be at any of the shows this month look for a blue Cavalier. You can hear for yourself what good components installed in a fully sealed and deadened door can do. I will shut off the subs and you can tell me if it sounds good to you, but I think it was well worth $100 and 3 hours of my time to do them. HUGE difference. Just my $0.02

So enclose it AND deaden the door? Will do! Thanks for the actual answer!... DO You recommend some certain box volume for the components? They aren't audiophile equipment but will do for me for now (HIFONICS ZXi6.5C)... I was planing to create just enough space so the magnets fit... meaning very small volume...(.05-.1 cu ft)

Just deaden the door making sure you cover any holes and you are good to go. Most component M/B drivers are meant to be run IB, seal the front from the back and give them as much air space as you can. Let me know if you want a hand with putting them in.
