DVD player/ TV install help

I'm going to pickup a used Single Din DVD player aswell as a Single Din indash TV (2 seperate units). I picked up a wiring harness for the DVD player and I was wondering how hard it is to install the TV to the DVD player?

The 2 units are:

Panasonic-CQDVR909U (deck) http://www.prodcat.panasonic.com/sho...ategoryId=1799

Panasonic-VA707 WECU (in-dash screen)http://www.prodcat.panasonic.com/sho...ategoryId=2478

How hard is it to wire the tv to the dvd player?

Also how hard is it to modify a double din dash kit (din for cd player and then a din for cds below it) to work with this new set up?

Its all going in an 05 Saturn Ion Sedan

If you can wire a deck (without a color matched harness), you should be able to figgure out a dvd deck.

I figured that the deck should be more or less the same as anyother unit, but what about wiring that deck to the seperate TV? and or other TVs like headrest monitors

You might want to get a relay for hte extra monitors (power) then all you have is 1 main wire for them running into the dash and the rest of the wires some where else. Plus then you can have them turned on thru remote wire or a switch, if they have a remote wire for them

Well its in and everything is ALMOST up and running, I'm just trying to get all the wiring going, but I'm having a problem with the screen not playing videos, I have the parking break cable rerouted to a switch so thats not the problem. Basicly when a DVD is in, it plays the audio and the screen formats to the right size, just no picture comes from it when playing. When the screen is on though the picture works perfect, its just when its trying to play the video no colour shows up

any ideas?
