fiberglass: How To

Can anybody tell me or tell me a good website for step by step on how to make fiberglassed kickpanels? I drive a saturn and to my knowledge they dont have kick panels u can buy for them, so im looking to make my own. thanks

The foil doesn't like to conform to odd curves all that well. The tape will stick to any contours and then I like to use a little bit of spray glue where needed to stick the aluminum foil to the tape.
99% of the time I just use tape and then use foil for large areas.

Just remember that when fibreglass cures, depending on how you mixed it, it generates some heat. If you're glassing over carpet that you have taped up, the fibreglass curing may turn the tape into a gooey mess. Getting that junk out of your carpet or cloth can be painful.
