Hey, my buddy and i are fixing up his escort. it's probably between 1995-1999. we found out that the adapter to connect the sterio to the car has been really messed with. all the speakers are connected, but the one adapter end, the wires are pulled out of the plastic cube. iv been searching forever on a diagram to show me what colour wires go where, but its impossible. i did connect the pos and neg, and the sterio lit up, but didn't do dick all(because all other wires are disconnected) so i was wondering if any one could help me, by showing me, or telling me how to reconnect the wires to the adapter. by the way, the wires still have the metal peices at the ends, i forget what their called, but there on the wires, so its just a matter of putting them in the proper holes.
