Future Shop install bay - Bring the Vaseline
all kits are pre priced in the system so we dont set the price.. and installers make no money on kits or parts so its of no value for us to make them more expensive.. also with over 130 bays there are bound to be some stupid installers out there working for us.. but thats the same with any big business.. subway has tones of resturants and if i dont get perfect service at one, that doesnt mean i will boycott the company.. and there pricies arent always even from store to store either.. all there prices are set at head office but up to each store to implement them if they want.. if you ever have a problem again please come to chilliwack and you will see how a fs is suppose to run with tech support and service.. between Dukk, Rob, Jason, and myself we have over 70 yrs install experience at all levels.. and we have bullt cars for ces, sema, iasca usaci and have one numerous awards for our work and service.. sorry about your experience but i really would talk to the manager there and voice your concern to him and see if you can resolve the problem befor bashing us online.... iam positive the manager would have refunded you the disputed differece.. bashing us online has got you no refund and solved nothing.. trust me go see the manager.... you will get service..

for some reason, people seem to love bashing these shops, yet they make more money than half the independent ones out there...
so what, people have stories about poor work that has happened there, or things that have gone wrong... what about the stories of good service? nobody ever mentions them.
my first aftermarket deck was bought there. they told me everything i needed, and what it would cost. the guy even said they'd do free installation. this deck was also an open box item, so keep this in mind. 2 weeks later my deck was cutting in and out. without ANY questions, they gave me a brand new deck, re connected it, and the issue never happened again. i paid much less than the BRAND NEW deck cost, and got one for free to replace my open box one, without any hassle.
how come stories like this never make it to the forums? mind you i dont work there nor worship the ground they step on, but my local future shops/ best buys have treated me just fine.

I am sooooooo sick and tired of hearing how someone's gotten "screwed over" by either one (technically the same company, but w/e) when it was your OWN FAULT! "The customer is always right"..... BULLSHIT. Straight up bullshit. If you feel like you got screwed, look in the mirror. If you're dumb enough to get snowed by a sales person that doesn't know $#!t or is trying to work you, then YOU failed, not them. The only reason that saying exists is to comfort weak/lazy minds. Well, while you save face and bash the company, they still took your money. The only one that lets you get fooled is yourself, so quit whining
amen brother. Does anyone understand why bb and fs get bad reps? Because they are the largest electronics retailer in the world!!!!! You're going to hear more stories about them than anyone.... Wonder why
