If I change the image of my avn5435, can it be restored?

 

I think the nav disks have them on it but I`m not 100% sure maybe MonsterMinds knows for sure

 

If you change the image can it be restored ?? like meaning back to Factory Eclipse ? Yes once you remove the power the Unit defaults back to factory.

I forgot about that feature.Even the firmware goes back as well I`m sure of.The units have like 48mb of on board ram and a internal batt to hold power to it so it may take a we off power to reset

I`m looking to power up mine soon just putting the truck back together after winter first

 

Mine resets almost right away.. Maybe the battery is dead LOL

 

could be they don`t recharge and they are solderd in between two pins below both the DVD and CD units I think on the right if I do recall.I have been in so many AVN-5435`s its not funny
