Hmmm re wiring?

The other day some dirty rotten theif stole my sony set up out of my car.
They took my lovely $500 cd player.
I now have a new cd player to install but I no nothing about it,Hence the reason im not doing it,they guy next door may do it for me.

But someone told me I dont have any wires...? I have this mass of wires all together and then all inside a plug thing.
I no nothing when it comes to car stereo systems.

Thats the plug thingy....
They are the plugs comming outta the cr player

One of the plugs is exactly the same as the one in the car.

So do I take it to an installation place a pay $100+ for them to do it or can it be done at home.

it can always be done at home. just follow the wireing diagram that came with the HU. it is very easy, although seems complicated. just remember the most of those wires are speaker wires. just concentrate on Red Blue Yellow and Black the rest is speakers.

follow the instructions....easy job best $100 ever saved

on a more helpful topic dont worry about the speakers right away...... get the HU hooked up first then worry about your speakers..
