I am trying to fleece my door pannels and I'm having problems laying out the fleece over the frame without the material overlaping and bunching up.

Here are some pictures for a better example

How do the pro's do it?

Ok but if you stretch it then there will be even more material to deal with. If I staple in 1 place and then stretch around that point then when I get to the end there is going to be a huge bunch of material

pull in the right direction. takes some practise but that is all the fun. pull hard and if it doesnt seem that it is turning out right, then go see some one that can. not too many shops will give you advice on "how to" help but maybe there is some one on here that lives close to you. that can assist.

do not use a cotton shirt. it goesa against what you are doinf. use only polyester fleece and no other. well you could use it but it will not have the same effect. bondo is polyester, resin is polyester and fleece is polyester. and seeing as how it is all a chemical reaction ,you dont want to weaken it with cotton.i have heard of some guys using polyester panty hose or polyester spandex, and many layers of it to make it thick enough. you may want to try those.
