How to make a perfect amp rack top plate?

I'm starting my amp rack cover tomorrow and I'd like to make the contours perfect. Can any shed some light on how he/she has accomplished this.

Here is the layout

I have seen quite a few of your fiberglass pictures, why not do a mold and then incorporate the mold in the top of the wood cover? If your cover is wood I mean. The F/G should be fairly easy to trim and you already know what you are doing with it (and how to protect the amps, etc).

John - the contours are for around the amps and the rest of the trunk! I need to be exact on all angles or else it's going to look like poo! Fiberglass yes will work; however in this climate I'd rather use wood!

The tool was featured in a past CAE magazine article and I would love to get my hands on it!

Al you rock - How is your install coming - Have you found a pair of tweeters to match your Scan's.

I've got the new Vifa tweeters mounted with the 4's and Focals Tweeters so I can do an A/B test hopefully tomorrow! I temp mounted them with plumbers strapping to adjust the angles - It looks ghetto for now!

I totally forgot to search Sears - that tool will do that amp perfectly - Going to fab one up to do the amp instead of buying one.

The trunk contour will require the contour wheel to make it perfect. The golf dimples on all the panels won't make the cut out lines accurate!

I'm going to try and fab up a Rollerblade wheel with a bearing and see if that works!

Nope, still tweeter shopping, sucks without being able to hear anything before hand.....but I guess thats the fun of it at the same time, build is not coming along at all, I'm slow right now listening to the scans and sub only. makes me appreciate the system I had
Yours is coming along nicely!!!!.
