i have a jvc with 3 rca out put

got a regular 4 channel mtx it has a 40 a fuse dont even remember the model 200 W

got myself my car amplifeir back from future shop after 5 month off repair mth jh1200 and it driving 2 sub into 1ohms at 1200 rms

i was ready to plug everything back but my friend told me to add a 2 battery in the trunk since i have one new batt lying around it the same as the front one

and i did the big 3

and running 0 gauge from the front to rear and i have a upgraded alternator 110 amp and a bit more unsure since my alternator is so small

my real question are
does adding a battery will help in anyway
does adding a 2 battery hurt my alternator ?
do i have to fuse the 2 amp

i have 1 big main flat fuse near the front batt should i put 1 fuse on each wire going from the trunk batt to the amp ? and add and other fuse between the 2 battery ?

and what size do i need to have on the fuse rating ?

and here my drawing sorry im bad typing in english and drawing

Before you add a battery in your trunk make sure it is a sealed battery because a regular battery emits explosive hydrogen gas from normal use.

then ill wait and see down the road

Really you shouldn't need a 2nd battery for your setup unless you plan on playing it for long periods of time with the car off.

In that case I'd suggest a nsb75 or nsb90 in the trunk. Your alt should have no issues charging them.

so even my motomaster should be fine with my small alternator since this was my greatest fear

but ill try and get myself a sealed battery

even do a lot off people dont use them .......

and it has been sugested by a friend to use my new motomaster elimator

just want to be sure no ill effect excetp more power when my engine his off and = more time to listen to music

your diagram is fine. make sure you ground to the chassis of the frame. batts HATE shitty grounds.

and get a battery box or something if you dont plan on using a sealed batt, as i'm sure you wouldn't wanna mutate your kid over time from acid fumes.

nope i love my kid that why ill find myself a sealed batt and then ill add that to the thing to do since i know my alternator can run 2 batt at the same time ill juste get a better 2 battery

thank you
