What car?
What speakers?

99 grand am, the new speakers are macrom speakers and they are 2 way components, and yes i have a 4 ch amp for them.

The 99 GA is non-monsoon and yes you can cut the wires.

If you are powering off an amp, it is recommended to run new wires for the speakers from the amplifier.

Just for reference, the color codes in that car are:

LF Speaker +/- tan - gray
RF Speaker +/- lt. grn - dk. grn
LR Speaker +/- brown - yellow
RR Speaker +/- dk. blu - lt. blu

If you require any other assistance with the GA, I own one so I will help you as much as I can.
