we have a customer with a kdar600 jvc deck that wont recognize a brand new sirjvc1 tuner module. has anyone else run into this? we tried 2 differnt tuner modules to no avail. we follwed the instructions to a "t", and the manual refers us to a setup manual that we cannot find, ca anyone help??

 

If the unit says Sirius Compatible, it won't work with the SIR-JVC1
The unit has to say Sirius Ready or SAT Ready

 

do you know if there is a tuner module available for this unit? the wiring is compatible. is this a jvc goof or a sirius goof. why does the manual say that it should work?
