Line Channel Converter Problem

I wired a Line channel converter to the stock head unit in my 2004 Dodge Ram truck and am running a Pioneer 10" DVC sub and Planet Audio amplifier. I have the amp bridged with the wiring on the sub in series. When I hook up both RCA cables the sub crackles and sounds terrible. When I hook up only one RCA it sounds fine. I would like to have both hooked up to get the full potential from the sub, does anybody have any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

you might have one of the wires on the line converter crossed i would say either check the wiring, or check the converter...

Sounds like polarity problems when wiring the line converter ...
