Looking for different location to mount tweeter (Pics included)
why would you want the tweeter aimed at your leg... your ears at at your head. you want to raise your sound stage, not lower it.
unless you have some sort of processing with time alignment and such, and know what your doing, i would suggest leaving the tweeters where they are or aiming them in the a pillar

i'd agree that you will probably have much better luck placing them dash height as far back as possible.
you shouldn't have issues with any delay since you have time alignment on your headunit. regardless of how far they are from the mids you can still get the sound hitting you at the same time.
every car is going to be different, but thats where i would start.

I need to repeat my previous post and recommend trying numerous tweeter positions, this way you can tell where the tweets image best and have the smoothest response

I will add some more wire soon so I can move them around more.
thats the whole idea of time alignment. because the speakers aren't on the same axis and at equal distance, the sound will not be reaching you simultaneously.
time alignment allows you to do this, specifically for cases where the tweeters are mounting far from the mids.
im not sure what kind of eq that 5030 has, but once you find your preferred tweeter positioning you can tweak it that last little bit if you have prnounced sibilance or harshness
....time alignment is useless if you are running passive however. only good if the speakers are bi-amped or active.
