my amp came loose from its place on the backseat
 

Hi for some reason three of the screws came of and only one was holding it in place. I noticed this when the bass was coming and going when I was cornering. Is there anyway to use the same holes? Do I have to drill news ones which I dont want to do.

are you asking about the amp or the subwoofer? Use larger diameter screws or drill through and use bolts and lock nuts.

Without a photo/diagram of what exactly the problem is, sounds as if the mounting holes might have "torn"?
Could you re-use the screws with a large washer?
Or did the screws pull out of their wood mounting point and don't want to thread in again? You could use machine screws and t-nuts, or larger diameter wood screws.

Hi thanks for the response as you can see my amp is only held up by one screw. I think I will take the advice and use bigger screws in order to drive into the same wholes already present. Is that a good way to remedy my situation.
