Sounds like a bad ground and voltage problem. At highway speeds in top gear, your rpms are lower. Meter the amp at highway speeds. Measure the resistance on the ground return.

You gotta remember that you need a near perfect alignmnet. his car goes straight for 100m or so then starts pulling to one side....................Unless he wnats to wrap himself around a pole, I will just meter it while he drives monday but I doubt that is the problem. But we will still try it.

How are your RCAS,it could be very likey that they are broken inside or the ends are loose.

so when you hit the gas they break the connection somehow

YOU KNOW what ive been telling him his rca's are of mad cheap quality! They are from a cheap amp kit but when i insatlled the rca's their were no breaks in the line i checked properly and when i was laying in the rca's it was fine i made sure it wouldn't pinch.....But i guess he shoudl invest in soem 20-30 rca's just incase if that testing whiel driving doesn't seem to be the problem.

my rca's are cheap quality, that would be the only cheap solution left before it could be the amp or deck. my grounds are all mine, I checked them so many times. I even sanded out the paint before install.
