I will update this thread as I make progress. At this point I have made enough progress to start the thread and have it be somewhat interesting.

So far here is what I am using:
Source unit: Factory RNS-315 touchscreen navigation with Satellite radio
Processor: JL audio cleansweep factory radio integration DSP
Amplifier: McIntosh MC-440 6 channel amplifier (50x4 + 100x2) running bridged (200x2 + 400x1)
Components: Dynaudio System 360 (8" mid, 3" mid, 1" tweeter) I sold the 8 and got 6.5 mids to better fit the doors.
Wiring: Knuconceptz power/ground, Phoenix gold speaker wire, Monster XLNPRO RCAs.

Amp location (under the rear deck). i have never seen such a large area like this in a car.

So I thought I would update with some progress. I cant edit or else this would go above.

I decided on which sub I wanted, Dynaudio MW190. its a 12" sub, but not an SPL type of sub, its pure sound quality.

I couldnt decide which trunk panel I wanted to build the enclosure behind, so I started by removing the passenger side and applied sound damper:

Then I decided to put it behind the drivers side panel since its flat and I wouldnt have to modify it, so off came that panel, and the fiberglassing began:

more to come...

So with my new knowledge of how large this box has to be (as close to 2.5 cuft as possible) I added a new section to the box that I was previously not going to use. Its the space above the wheel well. I know it wont double the air space, but I will build it as big as possible and then figure out how much air space I end up with. Worst care scenario, I can just install the sub in the face of the panel and run it free air behind the panel, but this not how I prefer to do it.

Also, I am not going to flush mount the sub like i usually do on my boxes, I need all air space I can get.

looks great man and excellent decision to go dynaudio!
Wish i could hear this when its done

Thanks. With just the components it sounds great. I am worried that my box won't be big enough. I think I can get it to 1.75 cuft. I need to see how much can be made up by poly fill as I know that it gives the effect of a larger box.
