Its cheaper to install it yourself or ask a friend that knowz what they are doing. I did at least a months research knowing absolutely nothing about car audio, still did the install myself everythingz working fine its not really all that hard dude.

You're new to car audio and yet you have quite a good selection of choice gear? Kudos, pal.
I checked the specs on the Brax amp, and it only shows 100*2 and 550*2 at 2 ohm. A 10 or 12W7 may not be optimal for the amp, or vice versa, seeing that they are single voice coil 3 ohm subs.
You'll end up with a power output between the advertised 375x1 at 4 ohm and 550x1 at 2 ohm because of the strange impedance. Might I suggest an xtant 1001? You'll get closer to 800W RMS on the sub, and it will match the other xtant amp. Then just choose either 10W7 or the 12.
In short the answer if the Brax can handle either JL sub is yes, but not optimally.
With this expensive equipment, someone inexperienced in car audio shouldn't take the risk in turning a useful peice of equipment into a doorstop, thereby voiding the warranty.
Why not snoop around various shops in your area and check out what their labour rate is? When you have it installed, ask if you can watch the install, so you can learn the process at the same time.
For the system at current, there doesn't seem to be need for a cap at this moment.
The Clarion DVD player looks like a good peice, and Pioneer is an obvious choice for quality. To me, Pioneer has a more solid look. Hope that helps.

My suggestion for the HU, would be ths 6500DVD, I like the touch-screen feature and I think the deck looks really clean.

I am a huge supported of Pioneer products and have never had any issues with either of their HU, or speakers.

Good Luck
