can we see a pic of the amp and where it has Ground going to ?

Well those who voted for c were correct. The ground on the amp is blown and apparently it was completely my fault. Will Ultimate still cover it under warrenty?

You said its your fault.
Warranty isn't meant to cover your fault.

It would be unethical for you to try to have it covered under waranty.
