need sound deadener

i wanna add some midbass up front but before i do that i should deaden my front doors and then deaden my trunk i have a 4 door sedan rear speakers will be taken out once mid bass is added, and i dont think its as important to deaden the rear doors right now so just 2 doors n trunk lid, floor and quarter panels, what are some options, ive read bquiet is the cheapest in canada, at 200$ shipped for 100sq ft, what about that blue suff or w/e from home depot or whatever, or liquid? just goal is to gain a bit of lost bass from rattles.

Haha, after reading about the blue stuff I decided to do a little experiment. End result, it is cheap, it is crap, real crap by comparison. We needed 4 layers to do what 1 layer of B-Quiet was doing. So we spent way more time and put in way more material by comparison to the square foot. So while it may be cheap, so were the results and I most certainly do not recommend it at all.

B-Quiet is recommended for sure, just had 3 rolls of it show up this morning... finally.

Is b-quite also known (or previously) as Brownbread? I just put some BB in the trunk and did my door panels with Fat Mat ~

I was a bit skeptical about it at first but decided to give it a try without applying the primer in case it didnt work and i had to remove it...turn out it worked great even without the primer it sticks good i have an infiniti i30 1999 and in it i have a JL W13 sub..u can imagine how much rattllin i had..now...nothing!!!! thing is that i dont know how expensive this material is because i didnt buy any...buy boss did..but do a bit of research

Cascade Audio Engineering

VB2 or VB2HD for your doors, VMAX-CLD for your trunk.

Then one of these for your floor

Not sure if I should read that as sarcasm or if I need to take pics of the customers test car and post them here. I am betting on sarcasm at this point as I do not send people down the wrong path. When it comes to testing things, there is nothing like finding out first hand and when I go through 50 sq.ft every 2 weeks of B-Quiet, it is easy to tell the difference between a real deadener and the blue crap that belongs on a house to seal windows.
