they sell TR7 modules for a reason... these bypass this and allow you to play videos whenever you want (no sure if they work on panasonic most likely they do but im not 100%)

Sometimes but would hate for a fellow CCA member get fined or worst yet hurt in an accident because of watching vids while driving.

Very true.. I leave the movie viewing for home..

I can freely admit , when Ihad my alpine unit! I didn't watch to much road, was to busy playing Xbox in the truck!! HATED it, uninstalled it and bought a normal HU!! im a bad driver as it is!! lol...
