Pioneer GM-120 plug
Hello
Maybe this should be in the wanted section but I recently acquired 4 old school GM-120's. Problem is the input connector looks like a DIN but isn't. Anyone have a suggestion where to find some?
Thanks, J

Its been many years since I played with one of those........
Unfortunately I doubt if you will find a plug or adaptor for it.
On a side note
These amps only worked with pioneer decks easily,
If I remember correctly it does not have a blue trip lead.....NO 12 Volt Remote trip, turns on via load sensing
Two red wires : heavier guage to 12v Ign, smaller red wire to ignition wire on deck.
(wont work with newer decks because they wont put a heavy enough load on the line)
We used to turn them on with a test light Bulb as a load.
Hope this helps
PS Kewl little amps back in the day.....

Thanks for the informative response about turning on. I'm sure I could make something work. I'm making a plug for them now, I have a fist full of pins the correct size and will be making a fiberglass shell to hold them in.
I just picked up a casette deck that has the same plug on it, a buddy had it in his junk box. I don't know what the number is but it looks like it's only a player - no preamp or volume control. There is no model number on the unit.
Thanks, J
