I don't see a deck in your description, Is this setup to your factory deck, cuz if so, I've heard my buddy's car that was hooked to factory, and the way the amp is turned on an d shut off makes that popping noise, mayb theres a way of changing where your getting your amp turn on voltage from.

if you have an aftermarket, check your ground. My subs popped till I changed my ground location. They just stop popping after that.

Talking might be your amp

I don't think your amp has soft on or off feature.
sounds like maybe your system is not all turning on or off at the same time.

Could be a ground

Is this a new problem? ie You haven't changed anything and then the problem just arrived?

If that is the case, the consider the ground on your amp coming loose or going bad. If the amp ground craps out, the voltage can't be released from the amp quick enough causing it to stay on longer even after the remote voltage drops.

I had this problem with my '97 Subaru. The car in general had a ground problem (I could see it in my trailer lights). After I would turn off my car there would be a thump / pop noise. Because my car had a general issue with its ground, the only way I could fix it was running a ground wire straight to the battery from my amp. Did that, pop disappeared.
