Power problem after installation

The radio only works in the ON position and not the ACC. Also there is no radio display in the ACC or OFF position, its totally dead. The radio only fully functions during ON and when the engine is running. I checked the red wire with a multimeter and it reads 12V only in the ON position. In the ACC position it reads 0V. The yellow battery wire always reads 12V. I checked all the ground wires and they have continuity. Anybody have a fix for this? Maybe I can run the red wire from the radio to somewhere in the fuse box that works in ACC?

The red wire on your radio is connected to an IGN source, not an ACC source. Your Intrepid did come with an ACC source in the radio harness, but not an IGN source, so it appears the radio is wired incorrectly.
