My 4 awg power wire I purchased from an amp kit is 2ft too short to reach my distribution fuse box. What is the best solution to extend the power wire without having to move the distribution fuse box.

put a capacitor in line and extend from there.

Most amp kits have power wire 17' long. What kind of vehicle are you installing in? Are you running your power wire down the same side of the vehicle your battery is on or are you running it across the width of the vehicle somewhere?\

Find a more direct way to route the wire but keep your RCA's on the opposite side.

you can't put a cap inline with a power wire... DC doesn't run through a cap.

Put a fuse holder inline with the wire, and stick a big fuse in it, (same size or bigger than your main fuse at the battery) then extend from there.

Where else would you put it then?

You can insert a distribution block
Or use a capacitor to act as a distribution block (the cap would not be in the direct path of current flow, it would be a parallel path) but frankly I do not like the looks or the safety of most of the capacitors with 5 connections on each terminal.
