Re-booting video deck
 

I have installed a video deck and it re-boots about once every minute when ignition turns on. So I disconnected all wires except for power all the time accessory wire and ground. The radio still re-boots on its own. Am I safe in assuming this radio is defective? Or does anyone have any suggestions.

It is a no name video deck with gps and is installed in a 2006 Ford Freestar.
